I am not sure if this was a TV movie or just a movie. I seen it back in the early 90s but it could be older!
All I remember is there were two sisters living in a Trailor park. The oldest one was a mean redheaded Witch,(very wicked to her sister) . (Also always drank yoohoo). THe younger redheaded sister was very sweet and had a very large dog. A guy moves into the park. Kinf of a bad boy I guess! Both sisters like him but he likes little sis. Younger sis has a date with guy so the older sis cuffs her to the towel rack in the bathroom. (the key was attached to a barbie) guy shows up, can't find the key so breaks the rack and takes her to dinner with the cuffs on! Then older sister finds out and has Large dog put to sleep. SO younger sis puts cleaning products in yoohoo. She changes her mind and doesn't want to kill her but she walks in and thinks the little sis is just dumping it out to make her mad so she grabs it and drinks it. Then dies. So instead of calling the cops they buried her where the dog was supposed to go and buried the dog in the back yard. I am pretty sure they ran off together. This is all I remember and its been bothering me for a very long time.
