Sorry to state the obvious here, but has her mother not taken her to the doctors about it? There couldbe numerous reasons, but only a doctor could really know that, and without actually seeing her, then nobody could actually make a diagnosis.

Sorry if that wasn't the answer you was looking for, maybe somebody else may have an idea as to why, but even if two different people are showing the same symptons doesn't mean that they are suffering with the same thing. :)

I know this comment is wayy late. I'm 17 years old and ever since kindergarten, I've suffered the same symptoms. Excessive sweating under the arms, on the palms, and on the soles of my feet. When I hit 6th grade and the sweating got embarrassing, my mother took me to a dermatologist. There is a condition out there called hyperhydrosis. It's where your sweat glands overproduce pretty much. There are different kinds of treatment. My doctor first prescribing a medicine (I can't remember the name), but you rub it on wherever you're sweating after you get a shower and before you go to bed. That didn't work for me, so he prescribed a pill called Robinol. It's used in anesthesia to prevent the patient from drowning in their own saliva. This is the only medication I have found to work. But you will definitely suffer from dry mouth and you have to be careful and stay hydrated. I can't do physical exercises because my body does not allow me to sweat, therefore I get dehydrated super easily. Even if I've drank 7 bottles of water. Just take your child to the dermatologist and explain the symptoms. If none of those work, you're other option is surgery. Hope I was a help! (:
