We have a 9' - 6 rib offset umbrella - I believe the Manufacturer may be Winner. The mechanism that connects the rope to the collar in the center of the umbrella is not connected properly and when the umbrella is put up the collar does not pull up in to position correctly. We would like to connect the rope to the collar correctly but do not know how to do this - can you help? Also the rope seems jammed - how do we go able un-jamming the rope at the crank. There are 4 screws on the crank cover.
