I always hang out with him in school & sometimes outside of school, but the more I hang out with him the more I like him!! & the more harder it is 2 hide my feelings!!

You say he always has a girlfriend. Well when he breaks up with the next one, get in there straight away and tell him quite frankly that you like him, and that you would love to go out with him. He probably has an idea that you like him... he may just want you to work for him or something. Guys are a pain but if he really is a great guy, and he does like you, he'll ask you out eventuallly. In terms of getting him to like you, well just be yourself :) at appropriate times you could subtly hint that you think he looks good in what he's wearing, or whatever.. good luck :)

Just be yourself and you may get your chance eventually. Just remember to not do anything out of character to attract a boy. Find a common ground and be friends with him first. Don't rush into anything.
