Last night I had a dream that I was a young woman being chased by two men who were trying to kill me. The men finally caught up with me and beat me, shot me and through me in the trunk of a car. What made this dream so weird was I witnessing it through someone another woman's eyes. The young woman was white and brunette and I'm black. I don't know if this means anything as well there was a little black boy who witnessed her being murdered and he was being chased by the same two men. As I watched the woman dying I saw the boy running to get away from the two men and there was nothing I could do to help him because I woke up. Can anyone tell me what this means.

When there is a sudden, unexpected violent death, often a spirit will remain. Maybe this person was sending you her story, so that you knew she lived, and died in this manner. Perhaps she was never found, and the murderers were never brought to justice. She is most likely still connected to the earth plane because she has not come to terms with her death, her son's death, and the unresolved trauma.

If it is at all possible when, and if, you have this dream again, try to remember and see more detail. Be very observant of your surroundings for clues to the location, year, date etc. It is possible to visit, or be in a dream state, experience trauma, and remember or see other details.

It may also be a past life experience. It too, because it is an unresolved issue, is hanging on as part of this life's history. It is not uncommon for such an experience to manifest itself in physical ways. There is nothing to suggest that you couldn't have lived your past lives as a while brunette, or a man or woman, or child for that matter. But for this particular set of circumstances, it may very well have been you in the trunk of that car.

Regression therapy by a qualified professional is a good way to investigate that possibility. It can be quite costly.

You can also do some research. Carol Bowman's books are very interesting and full of interesting and factual information on past life regression, and past life events shaping this lifes experiences.

You may have had some experiences that make you a more sensitive person to paranormal events, which is why you were chosen to see this in the first place.

Look for clues, and don't be afraid. Also, don't be disappointed if you never have a complete answer. Perhaps it is enough that you were reached and told of the story.

I agree with Jake often dreams of death have nothing to do with dying but your dream sounds just like what Jake said.
