Hello,

I watched a film a couple of years ago, it was set in South America ( I think! ) and it was about a few tourists/backpackers (late teens/early twenties) going to a beach party and befriending some locals, who then drug the tourists and take them inland and lock them in cages and then steal their organs.

That's all I can remember, so if anyone knows the title of this film, please let me know. It's been bugging me for ages!
