Hello, I am a single mom, soon to be divorced my divorce will finalize this month, I have fallen for some one else, he is married, and I know it's wrong, I am emotionally attached that is it, nothing else, we do not have sexual contact at all, I know better though we have kissed three time before, and we text each other every day we see each other every day... Is this wrong, he and I know that we do not want to do anything stupid, and I am confused, I do not want to hurt him, I don' t want him to hurt me, how do I break it off? How do I tell him that I falling for him and that I'd rather just stop here.. :(

You say to him: " This is wrong, you and I know that we do not want to do anything stupid, and I am confused, I do not want to hurt you, I don' t want you to hurt me, I am falling for you and that I'd rather just stop here... ?" Those are the same words you posted here.

You could throw in "I wouldn't want anyone to do this to me and so I'm not going to do it to your wife."

Then you could walk away and avoid him.

Aside from the two of you, what about his wife and family?

You tell him what you feel, how you feel in plain English unless, of course, it is not your intention to end the relationship.
