Hiya Suchee. Did you mean to say that your upper arms are so fat as opposed to flat?
If you are trying to reduce the size of your arms you can use light weights and do a lot of repititions. This works very well along with any aerobic activity even if it is low impact aerobics such as walking or biking. It is important to use light weight though and you will have quicker results when combining another form of exercise while doing this. Yoga has some great exercises as well for the arms. I'm not sure if you need to lose weight all around so I don't want to tell you what and what not to eat as you may already know anyway. If you can handle mid to high impact aerobics, that is a plus. You want to work your arms as much as possible. In this case you do not even have to use weights. You can do strengthening and lengthening exercises without building bulk in your arms. If a teacher is a good one or if you do it on your own, you will be using your arms A LOT. Some people think that it's all in the legs and then at the end of the workout you just work abs, buttocks, and thighs. It is also very important to do a lot of stretching before and after. This will help lengthen your arm muscles as well as prevent injury. There are different techniques involved in stretching just about every muscle in your arm. You let me know and I will do my best to describe how. I don't want you to get hurt so you'd have to be careful. Best of luck to you and let me know if I misunderstood your question.

I have a stranger problem. My waist, thighs etc have slightly increased while my arms have reduced in size slightly. I have gained 2 kgs weight in this period. I am actually working on my arms while this happened. Any clues.
