I have a 4 year old house and ever since we moved in the toliets have been getting clogged very easy. I have never clogged a toilet in my life until I moved in here. Both toliets on the main floor have the same problem. Usually a quick plunge works great but now the ensuite one is clogged and won't unclog. The water won't refill and it drains really slow with only a little bit of water in the bowl. I don't get it. New house 2 toliets same problem? Help please.

You may have older 1.6 toilets installed. You might want to consider replacing them. In the meantime purchase a closet auge. (see image) and try auguring.(see image) in place of plunging. Good luck, Tom

Sounds like inexpensive low flow toilets. I'd pull them both (unclog the one) and replace them with more efficient models.
On soapbox - I hate low flow toilets. Off soapbox.

Low flow is all you can buy so get used to it but they aren't all the same. I cut a few corners on a job with some Eliger Patriots and now all I get is complaints like yours. Kolher or Toto, if you got the $$$
