View Full Version : When would a girl accept a younger boy?

I've known a girl for almost a decade and we've been dear friends since childhood, and although I've shown her many signs and speak very lovingly she hasn't yet responded with the same intensity.
But she's 6 years my senior, which makes me wonder what she would be looking for in me, and when she would accept me as a suitor. I'm mature for my age so we're just as emotionally, psychologically and generally, mature.
Would she even realize the seriousness of my love and what would her initial reaction be, when she finds out?

May I ask your ages?

Well, to answer your question:
Quit playing games and throwing signs of love for her, that makes you seem less mature. If you're mature like you say you are, talk to her about the situation.

Impatient aren't we? That's not very "mature" regardless of age. Keep in mind that it's very early in the morning where the bulk of our members live.
As for your question age does indeed factor into it. Say if you're 12 and she's 18, for example, not only would that be illegal she'd have justification not to be interested. Now if you were 20 and she was 26 it could work for you.

It sounds like she just isn't really into you...
You could try throwing some hints out if your haven't already.
If she responds positively then proceed, if not then leave her alone.
Your ages would also help, you say "mature age" but that could make you 18 and her 24...
I am 23 and I know I wouldn't date an 18 year old.

Please be patient. This is a message board and we all volunteer our time here. It can take hours to days to get questions answered.

When you say "mature for my age", do you mean thinking that you're smarter then you actually are? Or maybe just a know-it-all.
Again, just talk to her, mature guy.

When would a girl accept a younger boy?
When the younger boy can convice her to go out with him. You have to ask, and not throw hints. No female gives in to hints, and signs.
You have to put the work in that they want from you, and show confidence in doing so, because they love to be wanted.

First, it is not the policy of this site to delete threads or posts unless there is some violation of the rules.
Second, your request was 2.5 horus after you posted. As noted posts may not be answered for days for a variety of reasons.
Third, its not very mature of you to be so impatient.
And Finally, you were asked to supply more info so we could give our best advice. You didn't do that so how do you expect an answer.

What are the ages?
You are not mature when you are 12 and it won't work out if she is 18 for example at least not yet.
If your ages are like 20 and 26 like mentioned above, you will need to let her know how you feel. If she feels the same way towards you, age shouldn't matter.
