Hello my name is tiffany and my boyfriends name is josh. I am 16 and he is 17 1/2... we have been together for over 3 1/2 months. We both love each other, he never wants to lose me and I never want to lose him. Whenever we see each other we always kiss.. its not long kisses but.. when we are hanging out he kisses me on the neck and I keep thinking that he wants to make out with me, I want to make out with him... but I don't know how to tell him that I want to make out.. so what I am trying to ask is... how can I tell my boyfriend that I want to make out without being pushy and arrogant??

Just tell him that you enjoy kissing and would like to do it more often and longer... but keep in mind it could lead to other things so be safe

You are better off with somebody that isn't trying for more at your age. Often after the other stuff the relationship goes downhill and you break up. Enjoy this time where it is, one day you will learn to appreciate it for what it is. Who knows he may be appreciating that he has a girl that isn't pushing for more. As long as he is happy with the relationship as is enjoy it. Like they say, ''Don't try and fix something that isn't broken"
