I just recently pleaded guilty to a drug charge I live in government housing my question is would a 410 probation show up as a conviction or as a arrest?the

Hello:

Not every jurisdiction uses the same terminology. Please explain what 410 probation is.

410 is a type of diversion.Until you complete the diversion program a conviction is entered ,then the charge is dismissed if you stay out of trouble.I'm not totally sure you can ask your lawyer or PO exactly how the 410 works.

The first step asks whether under Illinois law the defendant was convicted. The specific statute the defendant was sentenced under states that the type of plea he entered is "considered to be a conviction for the purposes of imposing the conditions of probation and appeal." 720 ILCS 570/410(g).
