I wouldn't think that would be 'need to know' information for anyone. Maybe you should leave well enough alone.

The IRS will know. Probate court will know. If you have a reason, the court will be able to subpoena the records.

What is your relationship to what's going on and why is it that you want to know ?

I too would like an answer to this question as my ex husband has inherited a substantial amount of money from the death of his dad. He owes back child support, kids medical and dental bills & fees for kids sports. He doesn't work, so his child support for 3 children is only $514. Per month & I have exhausted my entire life savings just to scrape by.

I would like to know the same. I have two Autistic twins that he has never supported other than child support? His Grand Mother passed and was an heir to a rather large fortune and his parents are leaving him a rather large estate in California.

You should really start your own thread. Otherwise it tends to confuse.
But you are the custodial parent of the twins? Are his parents still alive? If so, you would have to wait until after their demise to see what, if anything they leave to the twins or their father. At that point you, in behalf of your children, could probably ask the probate court for a copy of the will.

Yes, I have sole legal and physical custody. He is California and I am in Colorado. His GrandMother recently passed. He recently told me he disinherited his children. Is there anything I can do about this? He is CA attorney and real estate broker who alleges he has no income. His parent have over 50 properties in Southern California Orange County and San Bernardino County. I am really worried about my children's survival without me once I pass.

It is his money so it is his choice.
