I'd be glad to... you got to give us something to work with like what the problem consists of and what you have done so far to try and arrive at the answer.

The formula for IRR is:
+ve discount rate+ ( +ve NPV / SUM OF +VE AND -VE NPV * DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2 RATES).

Sharona - again, I'm happy to help but you have not left the details of the problem nor have you tried to solve it yourself. Understanding comes from trying to solve the problem on your own and coming up with a solution. If you are wrong, we have a trail of how you arrived at your answer and can address it accordingly.
If you approach your education this way, you will have wasted your money. Heck, you could pay me to teach this subject to you and I could cut you a deal ;D
