OK Im worried about my girlfriend and Ive seen her on this site so I figured I'd give it ago. She has been cutting her wrists, she lost a few of her mate in like a six month period witch sucks but I don't think she's really recovered yet... she stopped taking her anti depressants and stopped taking her stress meds. Ive tried to get her to take them but she won't.. she just worries over every little thing with out them. I love her... with all my heart, we haven't been dating long.. but I just know.. you know? She's my girl.Ive been trying so hard to cheer her up and keep her safe.. but its like she's in another world... please help I don't know what to do.
I love you Rose babe

Tell her family because she needs help. She might need to see a griefing counselor, therapist, and pyschologist. But she needs it.
I know you might not want to do this but if you fear that she is going cut herself call 911 and they will take her to pysch ward in the hospital. Anything to keep her from cutting herself.
Is she in the US because any though she might be trying to commit suicide she call the suicide hotline to talk out her problems. The number is 1-800-273-talk. You can Google the number for your country if you aren't in the US.
She needs to find any other outlet besides cutting. Maybe writing? Again, she needs counseling and stopping her medication isn't good either.

She needs professional help immediately. How old is she?

Tell her family, school, whatever, as soon as you can.
Let her know that you're REALLY concerned about her physical and emotional health, and that you've taken action to make sure she's protected.
Good luck.

She might get angry at you, but you need to inform her family about her situation. She isn't in the best condition to help herself, so you need to help her make the tough decisions. It's for her own good.
She definitely needs professional help: therapist or counsellling, whatever it takes. You need to get her help ASAP.
