I am 39 years old and my brother is 40 we are looking for our birth father.
My Mothers name was Laura Kennedy. I think he may have been in the Detroit Mi area in and around 1967-1969 possibly in the Navy. Back then you did not have to provide on Birth certificates the name of the father.
My mother was a very private person so not one person in my family says they know who he is or a name.
He may have also been in and around Delhi On. Canada. My brother was born on a Navel base August 2, 1968. I was born in London On Canada November 11,1969.
We were told from a very young age that he was dead.
My mother has passed away and my brother and I would like to have even just a name.

Have you tried contacting the Naval base your brother was born at? Being born on a military installation I believe there would be a very good chance at finding out the name of your biological father. If you share the same biological father I am sure that someone in your immediate family may have the information you need. Unfortunately, there is not much anyone can do with nothing else to go on.
