Well yeah I don't drive and a girl in my class made it obvious in front of the class that she likes me (she didn't say it like that, but you get my story). But I don't know how to drive, and obviously I don't want her to find out, so does anyone know what I should do?

By the way this is a one day in a week class, I'm in college by the way so obviously I won't see her until next Tuesday

p.s. Sorry if I didn't explain it clearly, this is the first time in probably 2 years that I know that a girl likes me

What does your not driving have to do with her liking you?

Well I like her, and I want to go out with her, but I can't drive

Can you walk? Take a bus? A cab? A train? If she likes you, she won't care.

Well of course I can walk, I sometimes take the bus to school so I know how to ride the bus. Hardly any trains or cabs where I live.

Hmmm never thought of it that way, well I've got nothing to lose :D

When I went to college (back when rocks were still cooling), most of us did not have a license or a car (cars were forbidden on campus - no student parking). We walked, we took buses, we double-dated with someone who had a car, and we went to movies, pizza places, pancake restaurants, and sometimes took the L to the Chicago Loop (downtown). We mostly walked, though, since we were dirt-poor students.

Be creative and find interesting things to do. One of our favorite things to do was to walk around Oak Park and look at Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes. Another was to walk through River Forest past the gangsters' homes (Tony Accardo's was one). We walked to Thatcher Woods to have picnics. And this was LOTS of walking for blocks and blocks.

Btw, if she loses interest in you just because you don't have a car, good riddance to her!

OK
Thanks
I'll give it a go when I see her next week, hopefully the class won't be canceled

Are there places to walk to or take a bus to where you are? If you don't know, visit your local public library for information on local history, local places of interest, local museums or nature preserves or zoos or wildlife rehab places or animal shelters or a horse rescue farm that are all worth visiting for a few hours.

You don't have to say you can't drive, and I'm sure she won't mind if you don't have a car. If she does, wrong female.

A girl liking you because you drive is High school stuff. Don't worry about it.

I dated plenty of guys that didn't have a car and it didn't take away me from liking them.

Go for it because if she is telling the whole class you likes you then all you have to do is ask her out.
