I have drained and cleaned the tank and carb. New air filter and plug. Changed hose from tank to carb. interior was soft and looked like it was restricting fuel flow.
I can not seem to find a lay out on line to show me what the make up is, as far as points, condenser, or elec. Module.
Any and all suggestions and guidance will be greatly appreciated.
I have a riding mower to do the majority of the yard but need this little mower to get in the tight spots.

Does it start at all?

Starts and shuts off?

So far All I know is you have a 4.5 hp. Briggs with new things on it.

Did it run before and what was that like the last time it ran?

Is there nay fuel on the plug after you try to start it?

I'm not there to see or read the minds and not magical myself.
