An 89 year old friend of ours is in a assisted care living facility. A temporary private professional person was appointed by the Court to be her to take care of her business affairs.
We helped our friend find this place, moved her in and have been visiting her 2-3 times a week. We received a phone call from the facility director stating the private professional person has instructed them to not allow us to visit our friend. We feel this is wrong, and do not know why she has made this decision. We want to file for an exparte hearing , but don't know what wording to use. Can you help?

The key is an explanation of why you want to thearing and what ruling you want from the judge.

By the way, I see no need for an ex parte hearing here. There is no reason why both parties cannot be present and explain their actions.
