Dizzyness, feeling like Am going to faint. All day, even when I am not moving.

Nose bleeding out of no where. Did not last long.

The nose bleeding may be due to lack of humidity in your house. It could be totally unrelated to the dizzyness, or not. Don't know. :(

Are you drinking enough water? Eating enough? Getting enough sleep?

Lots of water and liquids. Started this morning.

I do not know. I thought maybe blood pressure too low, I am on meds for high blood pressure just recently increased dose.

Low blood pressure makes sense with the nose bleed and the other symptoms.
