If you are on probation and you flee the state what can they charge you with

They could charge you with fleeing the state, failure to appear. If you didn't seek permission, and left without telling them anything, just the mere fact that you don't show up could get a warrant for your arrest =[

This would be a probation violation automatically. You will have to attend a probation violating hearing at which time the Judge will determine your punishment which could be anywhere from more probation to your originally sentenced jail time.

If you are already on probation what are you fleeing, if you flee that normally means you are charged with a new crime and don't want to be caught

But if you are on probation and leave without permission

You are not charged you have your probation revolked for not following the rules of probation
1. leaving state without permission
2. failure to report
3. other violations as they may happen

So they issue a warrant for probation violation, arrest you for that and the judge will decide what the punishment will be, most likely serving the full original sentence

If you are on probation and you flee the state what can they charge you withHello k:

If your PO thinks you fled the state, they'll notify the FBI who will put out a "flight to avoid confinement" warrant. That IS a felony.
