Could be many things that can cause heartburn, did you recently change your diet?

I highly doubt you are pregnant if you got 2 periods after you suspected the pregnancy.

You don't need to book an ultrasound. Go to your GP to find out what is going on.

Before I got first period, I suspected for my pregnant. But I don't dare to see any positive result so I took test kit after my period.

Shazamataz is right, you don't need an ultra sound you need to go to your GP and find out why you are having heartburn.
