Had a period on 13th April which was a week early because I didn't take the pill for 4 days in a row, then after my period I took maybe 2 active tablets, then I forgot 3 more active tablets in a row and had bleeding (22nd) for a few days, is that with drawl bleeding due to not taking the pills correctly or another period? As of yesterday I have been having cramping and stitch like feelings in my left side could this be implantation? How soon after implantation can I take a test if it's a early pregnancy test? Period not due till 7 days if it was my period on the 13th otherwise if it was the second time I would be ovulating now. Have had sex with husband before, on and after ovulation (25th) I hope this makes sense. Also if implantation of twins would you feel the cramps on both sides?

First response has a test that you can take up to 4 days prior to your expected period. But the longer you wait the better cause the hcg levels are very low in early pregnancy so if you can wait to the date of your expected period you will get a more accurate test result.

Good luck
