Help! I've tried so hard to find this movie. I can't remember anything else about it except that it has a dog(im pretty sure) and def. a evil vulture and the dog is running away from the vulture and it zooms up to the claws opening and about to catch the dog. Its an older movie and it might not be even a long movie. But its driving me crazy.
