What is the answer to express 3/4 in sixty-fourths?

Multiply both denominator and numerator by ___ ? What number times 4 will give you 64?

\frac 34 = \frac 34 \times \, \frac XX = \frac {?}{64}

64 \, \div \, 4 = ?

I think Oscar wanted an answer rather than just some help. The latest post does work if you know 7th grade intro to algebra but my question was set at a 3rd grade level.
