My internet logs on but stops after 5 minutes. Nothing wrong with the dongle because it brand new. Any ideas?

Well there a few things that come to mind. But what is a dongle?

Dongle like a usb device like pen drive which device hangs outside like pendrive ,bluetooth usbdrive it's a h/w

Is that you use a dongle or usb drive for connecting net rather modem used through phone I mean landline??

What do you mean by stop? It disconects or you can't navigate to a web page? If it's the later try going to the webpage for the wireless product and see if they have any hardware updates for it. Otherwise remove the usb drivers from Start>Programs>right click my computer>manage>device manager>drill down to usb and delete the drivers>remove usb device from computer>reboot computer>plug usb device back into computer.
