My Internet works and I can use the task manager by pressing control alt delete and I can open tasks with that. My background picture shows but it doesn't show the start or task bar at the bottom and there are no desktop icons showing, my friend has told me that he has done that to peoples computer to make them think they have a virus but he doesn't know how to reverse it. How do I fix this
