The tub and bathroom sink will not drain. I have plunged and have used chemicals. This house is on a slab foundation and septic tank. All of the other plumbing in house is fine, ie: kitchen,washer,etc.

You have a clog downstream from the tub. The solution would be to rent a sewer machine,(see image) and snake the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 16 feet more. Good luck, Tom
