In a few of the vertically sliding windows in my house, one of the tracks that has a spring inside has come out and won't allow me to push the window up. Is this fixable? Thanks

Yes they are repairable and thanks for the pic. However, I can't tell much from the pic and that blind will need to come down so go ahead with that. Can you get a brand name for the window, sometimes on the side of the window once you remove it.
