I am asking if there is any cure for aids in islamic way ?

The symptoms can be eased... and life prolonged, but there is no "cure" for the disease.

If there is no cure for aids why does Allah says in the Quran that there is a cure for every disease which is created ? And that only the person who is going to search for will get it.

My friend has recently found out that he has got aids. He wants to repent and make touba will that be accepted ?

What is make touba ? Nothing is going to make it go away.

Medicines are to do with science and there is no scientific cure for AIDS at the moment.
There may be a cure one day but it hasn't been discovered yet

AIDS can be treated to prolonge life but unfortunately that's all you can do, there is no cure.
