Is it normal?

Are you small framed, because small framed girls usually don't have big breasts... and anyway you are not finished growing either

D cups? Where I am, most people are lucky to fill out there training bra? All sizes are normal. At the very least you don't have a training bra. Be happy with what you got. I know girls with mosquito bite boobs. It's normal and it's okay. Boobs don't define you.

I don't even know many adults with D cups, wonder how much additional padding is lost with age...

I was a late bloomer and didn't develop breast until about 15-16, I am a C now and although it was tramatizing at the time to be so small chested, in the long run, it never mattered to anyone else, as much as it mattered to me.

Boobs are boobs. I don't have big boobahs, but like nitelight said it is about body frame and well I'm little- think nicole richi [without being anorexic].

You have till your 20's to fill up, it also is genetic- so if your momma has small tatas you most likely will too.

Be happy with what you have. Your boobs will change over time.

Your 14 with really small boobs? I am 36 with really small boobs. That's life! I have learned padding and push up make a world of difference, but I really don't care either way. Don't sweat it!

I'm going to tell you a funny story. When I was young I was really was embarrassed of my small boobs so I stuffed my bra. I stuffed it with socks, toilet paper, kleenex, cotton balls, anything stuffable. I look back now and I laugh-- my boobs didn't make me cool it was my personality that made me friends. You could always invest on bra inserts-- but it gets sweaty and uncomfy.

Don't be like me when I was younger, with lop-sided, buldgy fake breasts.

Gosh I was such a dork- but at least I had extra socks handy.

My funny story growing up small chested...

I never stuffed, but I was convinced that I was enhibiting my breasts ability to grow by sleeping on my stomach every night, which was the way I had slept since I was a baby.

I forced myself to start sleeping on my back... by morning I would wake up back on my stomach and angry with myself for not making through the night.

I was convinced that I was the reason I wasn't growing breasts.

Now that I am all grown up, I realize how silly I was to feel that way. Your body is going to develop the way that it is supposed to. In the long run, it won't be that big of a deal... once you're an adult, nobody knows if you were the first or last to start developing that you knew.

I can admit my funny story. I was always small and still am of course. But when I was younger my mom used to tell me that scratching them would make them grow bigger. What? Scratching my boobies makes them grow! I can tell you all I sratched them bloody raw only to grow in to a 34A.

She also told me eating burned toast makes you sing better. Hmmmm... maybe my mom had issues.

Haha there's the eat more carrots myth, the keep your bra on at all times myth so they grow even, and that having sex makes your boobs big.. haha the list goes on. There was this girl at school that had a "bigger boobs diet" that she said worked for her sister-- my opinion is that her sister was working her;)

I would kill for smaller boobs!
Mine are double D's and when I was 14 I was barely out of a training bra... it depends on your development, some people don't 'grow' until a little later and some people don't grow at all...

Also... are you sure your friends are D cups? Have they just tol you this because odds are they are doing what Sarah said and stuffing their bras with padding!

For the most part you shouldint be worrying about your boob size. I am 14 ad I am already a 34 C ands I'm hoping to stay that size. At school there are so maby girls in my class (grade 9) that have size C to DD and even bigger and are wishing they had smaller boobs. So, just saying except yourself the way you are, your life will be way easier :)
