I'm new to this site. I love it! I ran across it from Google.
I am interested in starting my own business here in Knoxville, Tn. I'm from Ms. due to the hurricane (which was a blessing) There in Ms. they had a lot of salvage (food) stores there. I have only found one here. I really would love to open one. But don't know the first thing about it. :confused: If anybody is from here or could give me some suggestions, I would appreciate it very much.

Hello, first I want to say hi, I am from cental TN and travel to knoxville several times a week.

We have a several salvage stores scattered across TN, there is one near me, I have not been to it, but I pass it.

And I don't know much, except finding a good suppliuer.

Perhaps you could get with someone from MS that has a store and get them to tell you how to do it.

There used to be one in Bristol,Va. On Lee Highway. May be you could contact the Chamber of Commerce there in Knoxville,and they might could point you in the right direction.

I'd think that the one place you're speaking of might be a good place to start - not only for some info on how to get started, but maybe a collaboration with them.

I'd think they would be happy to help.
