I just want to thanks AMHD and everyone here for helping me quit smoking!!

I just realised that I haven't had a cigarette in 4 hours because I have just been glued to my computer screen!

This site has helped me in ways I don't even realise!

Now I have a real excuse to spend hours and hours on here :p
