I was recently violated by my po for not paying the fine in a timely manner. My court date is may 1, and she said to make sure I pay the fine before court. I paid it off already, and intend on going. Problem is I have a few outstanding township warrants. Would these come up in county court?

Depends on what the warrants are for, but you can pretty much count on it.

They are for traffic violations and minor things. I think when I was in court for the probation I had them and the judge didn't say anything. Do you think they will hold me?

Probably not... but if I were you I wouldn't risk it.

Should I get a lawyer for this, or just use the public pretender? I used him last time, and he was OK. The thing that sucks, is I was just about done with probation.
My officer said that if I paid the fine before court (which I did), and reported weekly until court (which I've been doing), she would give me a great reccomendation to the judge.

I really don't want to go to jail. I just got a great job,and my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, so I am taking care of the house now.

The real issue problem is that you have local warrants and did not notify your PO of that. While the local warrant may not be entered into the NCIC system ( assuming that is in the US) the not reporting them to your PO is a very serious violation. You will and can get into a lot more trouble by not telling your PO about the traffic issues than the actual traffic issues could ever cause

I understand that, but they are from before I was on probation. So when she says "any new arrests?" I say "no" which is true.

Yes, but you do have a outstanding warrant, he should know.

Many will revolk, have you arrested and then worry about asking the questions.
