Will it cause a problem if the same person who is a executor of my will also witnessed me signing the will

The executor cannot sign your will.

If you are asking if the Executor and witness can be the same person, the answer is that, yes, it will cause a problem. Find another witness.

It will give other people a good reason to challenge the will.
