Hello, what should I expect to pay for interior painting? I am looking for an approximate price per square foot. There are a total of 3 rooms. The walls have wallpaper that will need to be removed and then painted. I am wanting the ceilings painted also, and 2 of the rooms have cathedral ceilings.

I recently painted 3 rooms and a hallway in my house. The total cost was $90 Aus.
Are you painting yourself or hiring someone?
The paint we used was $20 for 4 litres plus 2 litres of darker color for the skirting boards.
It al depends on what color you want to paint as to the price of the paint. We used a pale dove grey so it didn't need much tinting and we could use a cheaper paint.

I would be hiring a professional painter.
