Advantages and disadvantages of Credit card payment and paypal payment in ecommerce

An obvious disadvantage of using credit card is the fact that most credit cards add interest every month, so its best to keep credit card spending to a minimum.
I think paypal is great as it just comes straight out of your account, like using a switch card.
Paypal may be a disadvantage to sellers as they get a charge from paypal every time they move the money they make into their own bank account.

Paypal is safer. I've had identies and credit card info stolen off servers of individual companies and later my card was used months after I was notified.

I just got a notification yesterday that servers were hacked for an internet website and info was stolen. I probably shoulld cancel the card as a precaution. I did place a fraud alert on the major credit card companies.

The best one was, my fictitious cousin jose rodreguiz was on the line with my credit card company and me at the same time. He wanted a card sent to him in Florida. My CC company called me when they got the request.

Incidentally, the other internet company was a security/alarm system type of company.
