Question:I am looking for 4 foot fixtures for fluorescent HID bulbs. Evidently these bulbs combine metal halide and other full spectrum lighting.Any information will be appreciated.

You might want to check "retrofit" systems used for aquariums. You can use Halide lights, T-5 lights or VHO lights depending on what your goals are.
