11 pups 4 weeks old mums not handling it so have been feeding for the last 2 weeks with proper puppy milk I started adding blitzed puppy chow to it and letting it thicken up but my husband mixed it to thick two of the pups are trying to go but only creamy fluid passing I think they are bound up can I help them pass it.

At 4 weeks of age they really aren't ready for any solids.

This could lead to trouble very quickly. Get them to a vet asap.

While you're there, make an appointment to get the mom spayed.
