Does anybody out there know what is the fastest way to loose weight in a month. I have been trying slim fast for the past week. I drink one in the morning have a good lunch and then drink one for dinner. Does anybody know if it really works?

Sure it will work, and if you add some exercise each day it will work even faster, but just be aware that the weight will come back on if you don't change what and how much you normally eat, or if you don't keep up on some regular exercise. Use the slim fast to give you a jump start, but look at ways you can realistically improve your eating and exercise habits to make it lasting.

How much you might lose in a month is going to vary from person to person however, even with the slim fast.

I haven't seen slim fast work for anybody but I have only known a few people that drank it.
All I know is cut foods out that contain a list preservatives. This site is really informative.
Food Additives List Harmful Food Preservatives and Additives (http://www.yourtruhealth.com/page/1/default.asp)

Balance your PH. This site is good for explaining it. Lesson 18 - Restoring pH Balance in the Body (http://www.naturalhealthschool.com/pH-balance.html)

Switch your metabolism. Boost Your Metabolism: 24 Hours To The Body Of Your Dreams - AOL Health (http://www.aolhealth.com/diet/basics/metabolism-boost)
switching metabolism - Live Search (http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=switching+metabolism&first=11&FORM=PERE)

Also use olive oil and oils in the olive oil section. Not Crisco or Wesson.
Use Sea Salt and throw away the table salt.

Also whenever I quit drinking soda I lose 5 to 10 lbs. within a month.

Donuts and bacon put 5 to 10 lbs on me really quick.

If you are looking for long term effects, then slim fast is not the way. You need to change your eating habits so that you are eating healthy, not processed foods. You also need to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

If you are looking for quick, temporary weight loss for a special occasion, then I would recommend The Lemonaid Diet. You will lose weight quickly, but gain it back immediately after going off the diet.

Well I've been to a family doctor and he gave me phentermine. IT WORKS! Check it out on the internet. You'll lose weight real fast!

Here are 2 links to a diet pill that I can tell you has worked for me and my son. The top site is where you can purchase it, the bottom site is a independent review that reviews diet pills. I know there is no magic pill however all the ingredients are natural and 8 of them are patented. My son wanted to drop some weight before this baseball season that he gained from a shoulder surgery that laid him up from a baseball injury last year that kept him off the team last summer and months without exercise, in the last month alone he dropped 10 pounds. I have lost 12 pounds and it basically curbs your appetite and gives you tons of energy. MY wife who isn't big on any diet pills who weighs 125lbs and is 5'4" and doesn't really need to lose weight but is anemic and gets iron infusions a couple times a year and is frequently tired tried taking these pills for the energy alone. The first day she commented that she was really feeling the difference that she wasn't feeling tired at night and many times at 6pm she would be dozing on the couch, or at 2pm on sat she would not be able to get up and go if she sat down, she notices when she forgets to take a pill at night. She only take 1 pill a day instead of the 2 they recommend. B.T.W. my wife lost 4 pounds in the last month, and curbed her snacking, so these pills although are not miracle pills do really seem to curb your hunger and the weight will drop off. This site has a 2% return rate and a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee so you have nothing to lose... They do seem to have something in these pills that help control your hunger...

Show me a person who loses weight quicky by restricting calories and ill show you someone (same person) who will gain all of it back plus ten in the next year.

I have no problems with the use of slimfast. My wife will use it sparingly at work when she cannot get to lunch. The best "diet" involves portion control and makig your body work for you instead of you constantly working your body...

But the real way to lose weight is to have a good diet (not just restricted) and a strong exercise program... and I'm wondering if you are just not wanting to work your body and/or change your metabolism through real, honest work... since you don't mention this in your original post?

Cranking in your metabolism and your body through exercise is more important, in my opinion, than cans of slim fast.

Caloric restriction alone can work, but you asked for the fastest response... and that involves both boosting your metabolism through healthy living (exercise, good sleep, good multivitamin) and good nutrition (balanced, spread out over the day)

there is a simple equation that you can stick to in order to lose weight and it is guaranteed to work.

burn more calories off than you take in.

however, don't burn stupid amounts off and take in very little, as this will just make you feel crap. Just be sensible with it.

hope this helps.

Check out any pills you plan to use first... there are some health situations where it may not be wise to use them. Remember that they might give you a boost, but unless you change how you eat and move your body, the weight will just come back on when you stop them... and they shouldn't be used long term or indefinitely. Better to protect your health and long term goals even if it means a more slow and steady weight loss to get there.
