Hi I am filling state tax return and required to attach 1040 federal return. I submit my 1040 online with efiling. Now should I just print the 1040 and submit with state return? Do I need to attach the signed 1040 or without sign is fine too?

Check the state's requirement. Normally you will attach copy of federal tax return.
