I retired from teaching in Georgia and moved to Fl. Since my pension comes from Teacher Retirement of Georgia and I live in FL do I still need to file and pay Georgia State taxes each year?

No, once you moved from Georgia, you do not report any income earned while in FL. It is no longer Georgia income unless you are still maintaining house or assets in Georgia.
