Hear's a cutaway of the bonnet assembly. (see image) I have included the temperature adjustments in case they're needed. Good luck, Tom

How do remove the bonnet? It doesn't seem to turn or lift off

The bonnet's threaded. It turns off counterclockwise. Good luck, Tom
