'Lieu' is a French word and means 'place'. So the expression means 'in place of'.

It is a belief that the entire universe is vibrating at a speed, all thing are in a form of energy, and every material, trees, soil, wealth etc are vibrating at a particular rate.
Human can attract anything to him by matching the vibrations .
It is called law of attraction.
Is it True, Is it Science.
How to know at what rate a thing is vibrating,
How to change the mental vibration to match the vibration of a thing you desire,
Pl elaborate.

Bramha.
