Hi, I have no clue what's wrong with me. I feel like I am so lost. I get mad SO easy it's ridiculous, and I take it out on my husband and my son. Sometimes I can cry for no reason at all, and sometimes I feel like I could beat the hell out anyone who crosses me wrong. And it's getting worse day by day. I wake up, and I'm mad. Sometimes during the day I can pull myself out of it and be happy for a little while but I know in the back of my head that it isn't going to last for long. I don't want to feel like this. It's ruining my marriage and my son doesn't deserve it. I have NO insurance so I can't go to the doctor, and they won't give me medicaid. For the past 2 weeks I have had no energy. And everything makes me upset. Also, I get frazzled when the least bit of stress is thrown at me. And when I get frazzled I get mean with my son and my husband, then my husband and I start to argue and he's very argumenative so it goes NO WHERE but to us hurting eachothers feelings, and stuff getting broken. Please tell me what's wrong with me. I'm going crazy I can't take this anymore.:(

Not to be judgemental at all, but do you drink alcohol?
If so, stop and look at the situation again. How old is your son?

Hi, sadandlonely87!

What sort of things do you like to do for recreation, please?

I have a good reason for asking that question.

Thanks!

Could be a lot of things from bipolar disorder to a hormone imbalance. If your emotional problems are getting that out of hand you should seek the help of a doctor. Ask for help from your family if you can.

Have you spoken to your husben about this? You are a team and he can help you work it out for yourself him and your son. Tell him how you feel you need to see a concilor to talk it out and see if there is something wrong or if you are just stressed out

You cannot afford insurance so I am giving you a link to find a Federally funded health care center in your area. They have sliding scales for payment, based on your income.

It would be foolhardy to try to diagnose you on line.It would be nothing but speculation. You need and deserve to have medical help.

HRSA - Find a Health Center - Search by Address, City, ZIP, or State (http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov/)

Hi sadandlonely... you have a lot of pent up emmotion, has something happened in the past that has affected you but is just surfacing now?

My guess is you are not getting enough sleep you may be going to bed but not resting deep enough which over a period will cause you to be over anxious during the day.

The fact that your moods change could be any number of things from hormone balance, to depression, lack of sleep etc.etc.
The fact that your finding it difficult to cope on a day to day basis, it's very clear that you do have a problem.

I think you need to have some time out just for you, is it possible that a member of your family could come into your home for a while? This will allow you to maybe go and stay with Mum or Dad or even a mate that will understand and give you space without asking numourous questions.

Think back to when it all started... there is usually a trigger point.
See if your pattern of behaviour is repetitive.

You say you are unable to see a doctor, do you have a help line that you can phone annonymously and pour everything out... you need to get things off your chest... vent your anger if you like.

Have you tried a herbel remedy, if only to relax you as I think you are in a state of anxiety... be sure and check any effects if you take other medication.

I can recommend... VALERIAN ROOT... this will after a few days calm you down and lead to better relaxation for a good nights rest.

I am NOT A DOCTOR and can only suggest what has worked for me... you must try and see a DOCTOR FOR A CORRECT DIAGNOSES.

Please come back to us here we are always here to listen and support you where ever we can.
