I don't know anything about computer but I have my own new computer which I connected online.I was bothered by many kinds of pay the technician charges on me while I believe I can learn easily things they do but I have just nobody to tell me how.I can't afford to pay any technician to fix even my slightest problem of my computer.please tell me how.

Is this Windows XP or Vista, or something else?
Here's a good link for reinstalling Windows XP as a "clean copy". Before you start, make sure you've saved any and all data files that you want to keep (because this will destroy anything on your hard drive). Also, make sure you have the drivers for your network card (NIC), your video card, your sound card, printer, etc.

Do you want to go back to the way it was when you first bought computer?
Did you receive restore installation disks with your computer?
What model computer?

If it's a new computer why do you want to format it? We can help you with question about maintaining, repairing and using your PC, but you have to ask specific questions and give details about the problems you are encountering.
