The reading in last Palm Sunday Mass quoted Isaiah 50:4-7, which says:
For the Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue,
To know the word that sustains the weary.
He wakens me morning by morning,
Wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.
5 The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears,
And I have not been rebellious;
I have not drawn back.
6 I offered my back to those who beat me,
My cheeks to those who pulled out my beard;
I did not hide my face
From mocking and spitting.
7 Because the Sovereign LORD helps me,
I will not be disgraced.
Therefore have I set my face like flint,
And I know I will not be put to shame.
This Easter we should be more than ever before remembering these simple message we so often forget.
Happy Easter to all!:):)

Passover Festival
Luke 2:1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.
All praise, honour, and glory, unto "Christ our Lord" the unleaven bread that brought us life.

Worth repeating! over and over and over again! :D
1 Corinthains 5:7-8 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
Exd 12:13 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
Hebrew 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

2 John 1:17 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Act 13:29-30 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took [him] down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre. But God raised him from the dead
Act 13:33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
