My frigidare dryer runs, but does not dry. I checked the lint filter& the exhaust pipe, they are both clean. This is an electric dryer. Please help!

Is the heating element getting hot? Since you've checked the filter and the exhaust (all the way to the outside?) you may have limited the problem to the heating element.

You'll need an ohmmeter to check the heater element (test for continuity). Be sure to unplug the drier before testing it. If it's bad, you'll have to get another one and install it.
