Hello there.
Im an Indian and my age is 18. I'm 5.6' feet high. I have become more thin from the last few months. Two years ago I was averege wieghted till 61-62kg. Now I weigh somewhere about 49 or 48.
Can anyne tell me how can I increase me wieght and become fit. I used to go to gym last year and easily worked out till 12.5 - 15kg dumbells. But now I'm not so strong and not doing any workout.
Lastly, I have been skipping my meals and busy all day. Now I got three months vacation in which I have to get little fat. At least average wieght like before. How can I increase and what exercise you suggest me to become fit. I have 7.5 kg dumbells at home.

Ha ha I'm fighting with my food to loose my weight... its easy to become fat

1.have more chocolates
2.have more curd,butter,and ghee
3.have healthy fruits content fat like banana
4.have banana with milk




Try this which I used to have I think these are the reasons I'm bulg

Then you can make fit with this by regular exercises

Ohhh you... I almost forgot abot the banna stuff and all... I used to do that when I used to work out before... thanks for making me remember

If you want to gain weight than mix workout with right type of food


With workout you'll gain muscle mass and not mere fat

Eat lots of carbohydrates and proteins, but keep fat intake under control


And most important stay happy and tension free
