 I have the same problem but I have no idea what model/manufacturer my PC is? Now I can't use my speakers! Is there another way I can install it?
Thanks lots!

Just in case you don't know what version of Windows you are using, read this Microsoft Help doc (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/help/which-version-of-the-windows-operating-system-am-i-running).

Use MSinfo32.exe to list all of your computer's details, including manufacturer and motherboard information. Learn more about MSinfo32.exe (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308549) from Microsoft Support.

Once you get the manufacturer and motherboard information, you will be able to search for the company's site for updates.

You can also try a driver update app. Some of them are free, some are for a fee. They will search your computer and then the internet for the latest drivers. Search on CNET Downloads for a list of Windows driver update apps (http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?tag=pfindersrch&searchtype=downloads&query=update+drivers&filter=platform=Windows|&filterName=platform=Windows|).
